OmniMind is an AI-powered platform that enables natural language queries against your Odoo ERP data. The service connects to your Odoo instance using credentials you provide and uses AI models to interpret your questions and retrieve relevant data.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

5. Your Data and Credentials

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of Odoo credentials you provide
  • You must have authorization to access the Odoo data you query
  • You retain all rights to your business data
  • We do not claim ownership of data retrieved from your Odoo instance

6. AI-Generated Responses

OmniMind uses AI to interpret queries and generate responses. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
  • You should verify critical business decisions independently
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses
  • The service is a tool to assist, not replace, human judgment

7. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You provide your own API keys for AI providers (OpenAI, Groq). You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with the terms of service of AI providers
  • Any costs incurred through your API usage
  • Keeping your API keys secure

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNIMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime of your Odoo instance or third-party AI providers.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
